Chick Camp

WHERE: Lake Jennings is located just 20 miles from Downtown San Diego but feels like a world away. Our site (the "group" site) offers privacy and incredible views. LakeJennings.org for directions and/or more info.

WHEN: Check in after 2pm on Friday, check out is noon on Sunday. Once you reserve your site you can arrive/depart anytime within that time frame. For arrival/departure after 7pm you will need a code.

HOW: $20 per person confirms your reservation. Fee includes Camping on both nights, wood, water and Smores. There is an additional fee of $2 for parking which is limited so carpooling is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED.

WHAT: Bring camping gear (tent, air mattress, bedding), food (grills provided, byo charcoal), soft drinks, coffee and alcohol. Don't forget your musical instruments (acoustic only, no hand drums), crafts and most important: a CAMP CHAIR.

ACTIVITIES: At check in you'll be given a song title for The Game which we'll play on Saturday night at 6pm. Songwriters can write/perform solo or choose a partner... The Game is optional BUT FUN so we encourage everyone to get in on it. Other stuff to do: hiking, fishing, boat rentals, relaxing...

CANCELATIONS: Refunds less a $5 service charge will be given for cancellations made before August1st. Cancelations made after August 1st will be refunded with a camping credit for any future Listen Local's camping events. Thank you for your support.
