Marcia Claire (aka Coach Staub) has taken on the daunting task of reviving the softball program at Gompers Preparatory Academy in San Diego. She is attempting to raise money for equipment and other expenses and has turned to the local music community for help.

On Saturday, February 25th from 10:30am to 3pm Marcia has reserved the ball field at Jackie Robinson YMCA for a fun, friendly softball tournament played by our friends and celebrities of San Diego's music community.
Whether you sponsor your favorite player or team or come to watch the games, make plans to be part of this event which will include food, refreshments, raffles, live music and other surprises. Bring the family, lawn chairs and blankets (the bleachers are sure to fill up fast). Please no pets, alcohol or outside food/drinks. Refreshments available and all the money goes to the Gompers girls!
